• Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Prospect Match in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

• Pricing: Access to Prospect Match services may be subject to subscription fees or other charges as described on our website or in your service agreement.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store or otherwise maintain personal payment information. Any credit card or personal payment information is the responsibility of Stripe.
• Refunds: Refunds may be provided only with the approval of Prospect Match management on a case by case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of Prospect Match, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Prospect Match LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prospect Match solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
