Who we are. Prospect Match (“Prospect Match,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides tools and services that help businesses identify and nurture prospective customers across digital touchpoints (e.g., website visits, social engagement, QR scans). This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use prospectmatch.com and related services (the “Services”).

Information we collect

1) Information you provide. Contact details (name, email, phone, company, job title); account credentials (if you create an account); messages/support content; and billing details processed by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

2) Information collected automatically. Usage/device data (IP, cookie/device IDs, browser/OS, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location from IP); cookies/pixels/tags/local storage (auth, analytics, personalization, ad measurement); logs/telemetry (errors, performance).

3) Information from third parties. Lead enrichment/marketing partners (business contact & firmographic data); social platforms (profile/engagement as permitted); QR/event sources (campaign data linked to your visit/submission).

How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Identify and measure audience engagement across channels/campaigns.
• Personalize experiences and content (including ads, where permitted).
• Communicate about updates, features, and marketing (opt-out available).
• Process payments and fulfill agreements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access/know, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, restrict/object, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal/significant effects. To exercise rights, email kathy@prospectmatch.net with subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity. Authorized agents permitted where allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

U.S. state disclosures (including California)

• We collect categories such as identifiers, commercial info, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, professional info, and inferences.
• We use/disclose these as described in this Policy.
• We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out and we honor GPC.
• Sensitive information: Not used/disclosed beyond permitted purposes.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and context.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.

International transfers
